He was her everything and she his. He’d start a sentence that she’d finish. It was easy. No surprises. No OMGs to derail this longtime relationship that weathered bumps as smoothly as a roller-coaster ride. But the thing was, she found herself confessing to her gal-pals over lattes, the thing was they had become so comfortable that she feared they had become stagnant. They were both so crazy-busy that they didn’t have time to time out the way they use to. Back seat of the car, elevators, planes, trains. Just good-old-fashioned ROMANCE! Now they had to make appointments to get real face time. Maybe she should add some chili peppers to the oatmeal?
